Return & Exchange Policy
We offer an easy return for exchange only. Refunds are not available.
You may request a return within 24 hours after receiving your order if there is an issue from the seller’s side, such as:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective
- The product received is different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
⚠️ Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
